Additions and converting existing space to living space

Converting existing spaces such as garages, attics and basements to legal living space is a great way to add value to your home, especially when you add a new bathroom.  Additions are another great way to add space and value to your home.  We've been converting garages, attics and basements into legal living space and constructing additions in the Portland and surrounding areas for decades and have completed dozens of projects, almost all of which include adding a new bathroom.  We handle all aspects of construction including design, plans, or we'll work with your designer or architect, and permits.  As with all of our projects, you'll be provided with a schedule so you'll know what's happening with your project every day and the project's overall duration.  We take great pride in our work and the customer experience and provide all new clients with references so you'll be comfortable making the choice to work with us.  Below are a few examples of some recent garage conversions and additions.

This 20'x20' garage was converted to an ADU.  It has all new utilities including it's own water and electric meters.  The owners are currently renting it on Airbnb for $100 per night.

This attached garage was converted into an ADU with the intention of being a full time rental, but the owner decided to use it as his guest and poker room.
